Inline Traysealers "S"
Automatic in-line tray seals for high speeds to save on labor costs. Seal Options: Atmospheric and Gas Flush.
Dosing machines

Inline Traysealers "E"

Proseal CP3
Proseal's new CP3™ is the ideal complement to Proseal's extensive range of tray sealing machines to offer customers a complete packaging solution. The CP3 Case Packer combines efficient power consumption and compact size with high-speed case and carton filling at up to 120 packs per minute.
The CP3 processes a wide variety of packaging formats, including trays, pails and sandwich packs, made of different materials such as A-PET, C-PET and cardboard. Automatic mold technology enables quick and easy format changes. In addition, the Quick Release (QR) system allows for quick removal and replacement of conveyor belts, making cleaning and maintenance quicker and easier.

With a maintenance contract you are assured that the machine (s) will always remain in good condition, so that the machine can always continue to deliver its maximum performance. As a technological partner, we want to completely relieve you and are ready for you 24/7 in the event of malfunctions. An optional and very efficient and useful part of the maintenance contract is the Sismatec customer portal that is in contact with our service system.

Slagerij Lantinga zeer tevreden met REX 327
Slagerij Lantinga is een gerenommeerde worstmaker en keurslager die vele prijzen heeft binnen gehaald met haar producten op de vakbeurzen in Nederland. In 2011 kocht Slagerij Lantinga een REX RVF-327 en heeft sinds de aanschaf weinig aan onderhoud hoeven doen en kan daardoor prettig en probleemloos werken.
Innovatie MADO MEW 737
Op de IFFA 2016 heeft MADO zijn eerste – nieuw ontworpen hoek-wolf – als noviteit gepresenteerd. Dit is een volledig RVS machine met een 160 mm diameter kop met een trechter van 330 liter. Deze machine is voorzien van een 5-delig Unger snijsysteem, type G 160.
Project van de maand: Aarnink Vleeswaren
Aarnink Vleeswaren in Meppel is al meer dan 30 jaar een begrip als het gaat om het produceren van ambachtelijke grill- en vleeswaren. Bij Aarnink worden allerlei soorten grill- en vleeswaren gesneden en verpakt in twee identieke lijnen. Aarnink snijdt de vleeswaren met behulp van de TREIF Divider Orbital en verpakt de gesneden vleeswaren vervolgens met de Proseal GT1 traysealer.
